Already at the age of 14, Mr G A Theron (Snr) was a go-getter and had a vision; he was someone who would never allow life to put obstacles in his way towards success. He started working as a waiter/steward for 8 years to pay for High School and University. He obtained his B.Sc degree and SEd. After University, while teaching, he created a Buyers Club for Teachers.
At the age of 26 he was the youngest Counselor ever in SA and by the age of 27 he was the youngest Assessor in Municipality Court Procedures. He also ran his own retail business and seven factories with ± 3000 Employees, when his humanitarian side surfaced with the first South African company offering equal opportunities to all in the beginning of the sixties, and he created jobs through his Company Lawn and Garden Services Pty Ltd. which was the first of its kind in SA in 1960.
Over the years he gained extensive experience in Mining, Retail, Manufacturing and Advertising, and has ±58 years of experience in the general business environment, including promoting goods effectively on a large scale, and patenting new concepts in advertising.
He acquired the worldwide sole rights for “Rota-sign”, multi board and digital advertising, an advertising concept that was the front runner of most modern rotating billboard and rotating digital advertising. He was introduced to network marketing, and had spent almost 15 years abroad, acquiring valuable knowledge and building strong relationships with influential business people. He has extensive knowledge of successful network marketing.
He put all his experience together, and conceptualized Buyers’ Network Unlimited. The idea was fully supported by international auditors and banks. BNU was implemented in 1990, nationally and also in the United Kingdom. He developed a marketing plan known as “International Licensing”, achieving international exposure and “Seminar Selling”, something he learned while overseas. He was well-known internationally, as a top-class business consultant and marketing expert, helping many businesses achieve sales results, that previously, nobody thought was possible.
He is the founder of the Mouldmed Group and RRR-Link (SA) Ltd. The latter’s core business was derived from his own personal BNU

Deputy CEO: Raymond C. Thomas (B.Sc. (Hons.), M.B.A., India)
Mr. Raymond C. Thomas was born and brought up in India. He lived and worked in India till January 1999 when he re-located to South Africa to take up the assignment as the Marketing Director of World Vision in South Africa. He obtained a Bachelors Degree in Science – B.Sc.(Hons.) – with honours and a Masters in Business Administration – M.B.A. He has more than 35 years experience in different industries like Banking and Finance, NGOs, Government Sector like USAID and Advertising; and held the following Senior Management/Executive positions: Chief Manager (State Bank of India), Marketing Director and CEO (World Vision India), Programme Budget Specialist (USAID), Marketing Director (World Vision South Africa), Banking & Investment Manager (Charities Aid Foundation), Marketing Director (Catholic & Welfare Development), Chief Operating Officer (RRR-Link (SA) Ltd.), Marketing Director (NICRO), before his appointment as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at RRR-Link (SA) Ltd. He is also an Accredited Behavioural Science Trainer.
Director: Training: R Rebstein
Mr Rebstein has been actively involved in the business sector, nationally and internationally, for more than 25 years where he gained valuable knowledge, experience and skills as a business owner, manager, negotiator, consultant, sales person, facilitator and more. He is a leader in the field of human motivational and personal development training. He has 16 years of training experience and trained in amongst others, countries like the United Kingdom (UK) in 1996, Ireland, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand (NZ), and the United States of America (USA). His areas of expertise are peak performance and human development, accelerated learning, human behaviour and linguistics.
Company Secretary: Henry Y. A. Kruger
Mr Kruger is an Executive Director of Mouldmed Holdings Ltd. and its subsidiaries. He commenced his career at the South African Post Office in 1985. In a short period of time he was promoted to Branch Postmaster. In this position he gained experience in human resources, office and financial management. He also assisted the audit teams at several post offices. Mr Kruger has detailed knowledge of the Group’s products and services and is a strategic member of the management team.
Dr. Sarie Brits (D.C. USA.)
Dr Brits matriculated from Wonderboom High School in Pretoria with several distinctions. She was a school prefect, and was a founding member of the first ballet company in South Africa, performing with the likes of Dame Margot Fonteyn. She studied at the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, USA where she received her doctorate. She was president of the student council and founding member of the Foreign Students Association of America. After having studied behavioral sciences at Wilson Learning USA, she entered private practice for 12 years and became board member of the Chiropractic Association of SA. She went into behavioral and soft-skill training as head of the European and Asian division of Leadership Dynamics Inc. USA from 1972 – 1976 and was located in Italy and Switzerland during that time. She started her own training company and was in charge of soft-skill training for one of the top local motor corporations. She joined the Mouldmed Group as Director in 1998 and became chairperson in 2002. Her main contributions to the group is the extensive international network that she has built up during her stay overseas, as well as her experience in and knowledge of skills development
Gerrit Theron (M.I.A.C.)
Mr Theron (Jnr) was a member of the Defense Force from 1989 – 1990 where he was in charge of the administrative work for his Unit. He was a car salesman for Ferndale Delta and worked as Administrative and Personnel Manager for Buyers Network Unlimited before he became the Marketing Manager and later progressed to General Manager of a company called Your Computer Shop. In 1996 he was appointed as Senior Marketing Manager to the Mouldmed Group and rose to the position of Managing Director of the Group in 2000. With his marketing skills and extraordinary range of connections in the Medical Industry built up over the past decade, he is an indispensable member of Mouldmed’s management.
James Ndambo (C.A.)
Mr James Ndambo is a Director of Africa Union Holdings, a Holding company with subsidiaries in Mining, Health, Telecommunications, Trading, Food and Energy, in Gauteng, South Africa. It is an Investment company, focussing on wealth-creation for its shareholders and stakeholders and is strictly commercially driven for its growth and success. He is the founder of My Home Town (MHT) and Executive Chairman of Africa Union. His birthplace is Choma Town, Zambia.
Michael Linda Stofile
Linda Michael Stofile is the deputy president of SA Rugby, a position he was elected to in February 2006, and an executive member of the Confederation of African Rugby. He is also MD of Speedy Guarding Services, which he founded in 1998. Stofile was president of the Border Rugby Union in 2003 before serving SA Rugby as vice-president for two years. He has been an administrator for more than 15 years and is a former rugby player. Stofile was chairman of the University of Fort Hare transformation committee from 1996 to 1997.
Nat. Sales Manager: Muhammad I Khan (M.Sc (Chem))
Muhammad was born and raised in Pakistan where he qualified himself at a well established University by completing the following: B.Sc in Medical Sciences and M.Sc in Chemistry. He was a distinguished student who won a scholarship in Ph.D level at (H.E.J.) Hussain Ebrahim Jamal Research Institute of Chemistry and International Centre for Chemical Science, University of KHI (Pak). He remained a Member of the Chemical Society of the University of Peshawar (Pak) for one year. Muhammad underwent training at RRR-Link (SA) Ltd. and was appointed as Junior Sales Executive in June 2009. He quickly progressed and was the top successful Senior Sales Executive before his appointment as National Sales Manager in June 2010.
Medical Consultant: Dr. F.C. Rust Theron (MB. ChB., M.Med.) (Specialist Physician)
Dr Rust Theron is a Specialist Physician, acting as a Consultant to the Mouldmed Group of Companies including RRR-Link (SA) Ltd. He practices in Durbanville, Western Cape.
